Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services operate STRICTLY within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
After placing your order, please allow an estimated 7-15 business days for your item to be processed and arrive at our local dispatch facility. Following quality checks, your order will be dispatched via courier (Aramex/PUDO) and typically arrives within 1-3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all products nationwide, with no minimum order value.
What is Shipping Insurance?
We offer optional Shipping Insurance for R60 at checkout. This protects your order specifically against damage or loss during transit. If your package is confirmed lost or crushed by the courier, we will replace it at no extra cost.
What if my order is delayed?
If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email. For heavy delays, we’ll send you a discount code as compensation — the longer the delay, the larger the discount.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched locally, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Ordering & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Yoco for secure payments, accepting all major credit and debit cards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be processed or shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds for change-of-mind returns (Store Credit is free).
What do I do if my order is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order immediately.
• Damage (Transit): Report within 24 hours with photos.
• Defects (Factory): Report within 48 hours.
Reports outside these windows may not be eligible for replacement.
